At LUXERDIR, we guarantee the quality of our timepieces. We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects
• Damage during shipping

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, improper use, or natural wear.

Reporting time

Any defect or damage must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the product.

Inspection and approval

To validate the defect, you must provide:

• Order number
• Photos or video showing the issue
• Complete packaging and accessories

Once approved, a new watch will be shipped at no extra cost.

Not covered

This policy does not apply if the product shows:

• Scratches, impact damage, or misuse
• Opening or tampering with the mechanism
• Water damage not covered by its resistance level

Shipping

If the defect is approved:

• LUXERDIR will cover the return and replacement shipping cost.
